I started First Class Ramblings when I finished my BA (Hons) degree in 2009.  The blog became an outpouring of everything I loved, was inspired by, experienced and felt... and it's stayed that way ever since.

Graduating with a First Class degree in Fashion and Brand Promotion with Journalism, I saw success at Graduate Fashion Week 2009.  I won the Lyle and Scott Strategic Marketing Award and the River Island Fashion Promotion competition, plus was the First Word Journalism Award runner up.  I went on to work for a dancewear design company before returning to university in 2010 to study for a Masters in Fashion and Lifestyle Promotion, which I graduated from with a Distinction in September 2011.

Having gained experience as a freelance creative consultant and journalist whilst at university. I now work at a marketing agency as a Social Media Manager and continue to write for a variety of magazines. Examples of my work can be found using the Portfolio and Press Clippings tabs.
